The project is to study, analyze and conceptualize temple town Bechraji with respect to Vehicular movement, Pilgrim pedestrian movement, Market places, Restoration of historical monuments, renovation of existing public facilities, Tourism development features, lake front development, Landscape areas, Common public infrastructure etc. all with detailed design. The tourism requirements are to be fulfilled with addition of smooth circulation areas, public gathering zones, Sit-out areas, Green landscapes, children games, gazebos and Walkways.

It needed to integrate with cultural precinct which links through to the commercial heart of the town and it also needed to seamlessly merge with an existing rich historical developments. The aim of this project is to add the urban development without affecting ecology of nature.
