The landlords club is designed as a part of resort development at Aamani SIR township at Indias first proposed smart city Dholera. The club is conceptualized based on European architecture with introvert structure. The building formation is circular with central open to sky courtyard and surrounding club facilities. The external facade of the club has exposed stone masonry with no openings to look through but having small vents at height for natural ventilation and light catchment inside buildings.
The central court has swimming pool, toddler pool and Party lawn to accommodate 300 people inside. The stage is planned in the center with double height which can be seen from the front garden area on ground floor and from open air theatre sitting on the first floor. The amenities lie game rooms, pool utility areas, Green rooms, Sauna center, Meeting room, Dormitory, serving counter etc. all are provided in the club building. The central kitchen is also attached to the club building for catering facility of club and nearby party plot. The courtyard green lawn is extends inside the facility area at many locations which allows the facility to juxtaposed with landscape.
