The conference hall is designed of boat shape to reflect nature of seashore having indoor sitting capacity of 100 people. It has 30 feet wide collapsible front doors which opens in to lush green garden area with increased capacity of 500 people. The building interior merges with the exterior party plot making it a one place of occasion. The side contours are treated with lawn and hard landscapes having sit-outs, gazebos and artisan objects to enjoy function from height. The terrace is proposed with horizon pool on the first floor with deck area and garden restaurant.
